Full Street Catering

If there is one thing that you will learn about Full Street it's that we will try anything once, and if it works then we will do it AGAIN! The business motto "Everybody has to eat" has been one of the driving forces behind the brand since day one. Over the years since the business was started Chef Carmen has worked on learning new cuisines to expand outside the box of just being another chicken wing food truck. Now don't get us wrong, wings is what started the business and will forever be apart of what we do, however we are totally capable of providing multiple options of food for clients to choose from.

Coming from a Business Marketing background and working in corporate America Chef Carmen used her passion for cooking as motivation to start her own food truck and catering company. It was the passion plus the encouragement from family and friend to pursue this dream of becoming an entrepreneur. No matter the size of the event you will get the same level of customer service from Chef Carmen because having a good time at your event is just as important as having good food!

The one thing that we are proud of is all the opportunities that have been to our company since we started, not only do we cater and run the truck but we now provide cooking classes for youth & adults, private Chef service, meal prep, corporate and VIP events, wedding receptions, gala's, cooking demo's with non profits and local schools, preferred caterer for Durham 

County Schools and venues around the Triangle and we even make our own hot sauce! This is only the beginning for our company and we look forward to serving our new and returning clients for many years to come!
